My Story

Get to Know Me
Adi Schwarz (b. 2003, Israel) is a choreographer and dancer whose work explores the intersections of music, movement, and theatricality. At the age of 18, he joined the Batsheva Ensemble Dance Company, where he spent three formative years performing works by Ohad Naharin and collaborating with leading Israeli and international choreographers.
Since 2023, Schwarz has been working as an independent artist, creating and presenting works across Europe and beyond. His creations have been presented in festivals, theaters, and residency programs, while his commissioned works have been developed in collaboration with companies and institutions worldwide. In addition to his choreographic projects, Schwarz teaches his repertoire internationally, sharing his distinct movement language with dancers of diverse backgrounds.
At just 22, Schwarz continues to build a body of work that is both playful and profound, blurring the lines between music and dance while addressing questions of identity, history, and collective imagination.
